I have a strong background in Product / Industrial Design but over the course of the last 7 years I have acquired complementary skills and experience covering all aspects of bootstrapping and growing direct-to-consumer businesses. I’ve worked in person and remotely with factories in Asia to develop products which I’ve then launched on Kickstarter, Shopify and Amazon. Once launched, I’ve focussed on optimizing the key bottom line revenue drivers - conversion rate, average order value, cost per click, customer lifetime value and cost of goods sold.
